Job Description

Full Visibility is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer, located in Huntsville, AL. Candidate MUST possess an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

• Create software test and automate test cases
• Perform application testing, validate bugs, and isolate issues
• Write and initiate tests and analyze/report test results in the ticketing system
• Perform configuration management, change management, and release management
• Test high performance and large-scale immersive systems
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies
• Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met
• Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products
• Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing
• Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports
• Serve as a subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications
• Direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection
• Design, plan, create, execute, and provide System(s) test reports
• Review government test plans and test reports for technical competence, effectiveness, and compliance with standards
• Observe and evaluate the execution of customer acceptance test activities
• Perform integration activities involving developed application software
• Identify and document problems and issues, providing specific guidance on root-cause and remediation
• Analyze the requirements for each test event and assist in the scheduling of the System(s) non-operational environments test assets
• Support the presentation and formal review or audit of test results, providing briefing and decision support material
• Maintain and provide controls for multiple test software and hardware baselines

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance/SCI Eligibility
• This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI)
• Mid-Level Test Engineer must have six (6) years of experience in related field
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or in lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience
