What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications supporting engineering and federal technology programs
- Build analytical and decision-support tools used by engineers and technical stakeholders
- Develop front-end interfaces, APIs, backend services, and databases
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and customers to solve complex technical challenges
- Participate in software design, architecture discussions, and technology selection
- Improve application performance, reliability, and usability
- Support testing, software quality, and continuous improvement efforts
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 4–10 years of professional software development experience
- Experience developing production-quality software applications
- Experience with object-oriented software development
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and modern development tools
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and technical domains
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Preferred
Skills
- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, C++, or similar languages
- Experience with React, Node.js, and modern web application frameworks
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and data-driven applications
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix development environments
- Experience developing analytical, visualization, or technical software tools
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $94,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
