About the role

Join a team of developers and system engineers and play a crucial role in ensuring that applications in the Human Resource Applications and Services organization operate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide application development and production support for critical human resource applications that support the enterprise.
• Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve system sustainment, helping to proactively identify and correct potential issues before outages occur.
• Work in a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering.
• Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints.
• Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments.
• Experience with MongoDB.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

Desired Skills

• Experience working with the AWS Platform.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Experience with GitLab runners for continuous integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with LLM.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance).
