Mid-Level Real Estate Lending Associate Attorney

The Role

- Structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate and asset-based lending transactions - Managing loan originations from term sheet through closing - Advising on collateral packages and multi-property financings - Collaborating closely with partners and clients, with meaningful opportunities for hands-on responsibility - Supporting a broad mix of deal types across national and regional markets

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of real estate finance experience, with a strong focus on representing lenders - Solid background in loan origination work - Additional experience with developer-side real estate transactions is a plus - Strong academic credentials and polished communication skills - Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail - Admission to the NY or NC Bar (or eligibility to waive into NC)
