Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician - $6,000 Bonus

About the role

We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our dynamic team at Carvana. You’ll be part of a fast-growing used automotive retailer in the U.S., one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.

Responsibilities

• Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions (heat/cold).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• Some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
