Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician - $4,000 Bonus!

About the role

We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our team at Carvana. You’ll be responsible for repairing dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

Responsibilities

• Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents
• Work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring vehicles are ready when expected
• Be prepared to work mandatory overtime if needed

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
• Fast-paced, ever-changing production environment experience
• Exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)

Qualifications

• Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Knowledge of safety equipment including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments
