Mid Level .NET Software Engineer

About the role

A growing U.S.-based consulting organization is seeking a Mid Level Full Stack .NET Engineer for a hybrid contract-to-hire role based in their Tempe or Tucson, AZ locations. This position supports the development of client-facing software solutions across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow engineers on application architecture
• Contribute to design discussions
• Deliver production-ready code through modern development and deployment practices
• Offer a clear path toward technical leadership for those who are already mentoring others or looking to step into a lead role while remaining hands-on

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• Recent hands-on experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams
