At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Full-Time Mid-Level Medical Provider to lead, mentor and empower our Substance Use and Behavioral Health teams. This position will service the Eastern North Carolina areas. The Mid-Level Medical Provider plays a key role in supporting clinical excellence across Easterseals PORT Health teams, ensuring that medical and nursing practices meet internal policies, regulatory standards, and community best practices. The provider delivers direct support, training, consultation, and clinical services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote integrated, high-quality care for individuals with mental health issues (including SPMI) and substance use diagnoses or co-morbidities. Easterseals PORT Health
