Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer (Generation)
About the role
with paragraphs. Responsibilities: The "Your Impact" bullet list (actually sentences). Those are responsibilities. So we need- for each duty.
Requirements: The "Who You Are Required Qualifications" list. Those are required qualifications. Could be Requirements section. Also maybe Qualifications section separate? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. The posting has "Required Qualifications" list and "Preferred Qualifications". Also there are skills like working knowledge of software etc. Could treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications (or Skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Required and Preferred into Requirements and Qualifications? Let's think.
We have:
- Required Qualifications: list of items (Bachelor's, 5+ years, EIT, Microstation/AutoCAD, Smart Plant 3D or CADworx, Caesar II or AutoPipe, Thermoflow, knowledge of codes, ability to make technical computations, project management experience, ability to plan inspections, interpersonal skills, self-leadership, ability to work independently and guide junior, critical thinking, ability to direct others, safety track record, ability to work schedules, occasional travel).
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree, Essential Professional Licensure/Certification, Power plant design experience, Renewable natural gas plant design experience.
We could have a Requirements section for required qualifications, and a Qualifications section for preferred qualifications (or maybe Skills). Also there is a "Skills" implied: working knowledge of software etc. But those are already in required qualifications.
We also have Benefits: described in "WSP Benefits:" paragraph.
Pay: "Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $86,100 - $150,950" plus explanation. That's specific pay range, so we include Pay section.
Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned besides "Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek." That's somewhat schedule info but not explicit schedule like "Full-time" etc. The instruction says never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does mention ability to work schedules beyond typical workweek, occasional travel. That's not a clear schedule like "Monday-Friday, 9-5". Might be considered schedule info? Probably not enough to create a Schedule section. So we omit Schedule.
Also we need to include About the role section.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie etc. Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

Expected Salary (all locations): $86,100 - $150,950. WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated content: We have covered all substantive info. Ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO, legal notices, etc. We omitted those. Make sure we didn't include any "About WSP" section? The instruction says include section only when posting has real specific content. There is an "About WSP" paragraph at the end. Could be considered "About the company" but not a listed heading. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add About WSP as a heading. We could incorporate that info into About the role maybe? But the About the role already covers some of that. The About WSP paragraph is more about the company. Could be omitted as not required heading. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It didn't say we must include About WSP. So we can omit it. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit About WSP, we lose that info. But maybe we can fold it into About the role as extra paragraph. The About the role currently includes some of that but not the detailed description about WSP USA being the US operating company, etc. We could add a paragraph after the initial About the role about WSP USA. That would still be under About the role heading. That seems acceptable: we keep the heading About the role and include all relevant descriptive paragraphs about the role and company. The instruction: "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid adding extra paragraphs under those headings. So we can incorporate the About WSP info into About the role. Thus we will add a paragraph after the initial About the role paragraph describing WSP USA. Let's craft About the role content: Paragraph 1: Opportunity description. Paragraph 2: Additional details about W
