Mid-Level Litigation Paralegal
This position can be based in our Mountain View, CA or New York, NY offices and offers a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite per week at your designated office, with the possibility of additional in-office days depending on business and client needs.
Schedule
The work schedule for this position is 37.5 hours per week (non-exempt), Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Apply thorough knowledge of state, federal, and ITC court rules, litigation procedures, and discovery processes (including electronic discovery).
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience (patent trial experience preferred).
- Exemplary communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong Excel and database experience.
- Experience working in a large corporate setting or law firm preferred.
- A four-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Comfort working and continuously testing and experimenting with AI tools and evolving technology.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $133,750. The actual base salary offered may depend on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, and location. A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
