About the role

We are seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join our San Francisco office. This role defends gig economy companies in employment-adjacent personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Client contact
• Negotiate directly with opposing counsel
• Conduct detailed fact investigations
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Admitted to and a member in good standing of the California Bar

• Strong litigation skills
• Researching, writing, and arguing motions
• Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis
• Taking and defending depositions
