We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, drug free, etc. We need sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for: - About the role: description paragraph(s) about role, field support and perks? Actually field support and perks could be Benefits. But we have separate Benefits section. - Responsibilities: list under "Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include:". - Requirements: "What You'll Need:" includes mandatory requirements. - Qualifications: "Preferred Qualifications for the Position:" maybe also "Preferred: Possession of qualification or prerequisite experience for eligibility to obtain SCDOT Foundations Technician". Could be under Qualifications. - Skills: maybe "Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to learn and reach self-sufficiency with data entry and project record submittal in AASHTO-Ware Project and ProjectWise applications." Could be Skills. - Benefits: "DRMP Offers:" list plus field support and perks (company vehicle, cell phone reimbursement, hands-on training and mentoring). Also maybe "Excellent compensation package" but that's vague; we should not include Pay section unless specific numbers. There's no explicit pay amount. So we should NOT create Pay section because no specific pay. Similarly Schedule: we have "Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime (Hourly)." That's schedule info (40 hrs/week, possible overtime). That's specific enough to create Schedule section. So we can include Schedule. - Benefits: we have concrete items: company vehicle, monthly cell phone reimbursement min $60, hands-on training and mentoring, excellent compensation package (vague), outstanding holiday and paid-time-off programs, 401(k) Plan and Match, Career Path Development Program, Mentorship Program, Tuition Reimbursement, Parental Leave, Competitive health and dental insurance premiums, Variety of voluntary benefit options, Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability, Company-furnished life insurance, Employee Assistant Program (EAP), Flexible Spending Account. We should include all those as list items. The "Excellent compensation package" is vague but still a benefit; but rule says do not emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "Excellent compensation package" is vague but not exactly placeholder; it's a statement. Might be okay. However we could keep it. We need to avoid duplication: "Mentorship Program" appears both in field support and perks? Actually field support and perks includes "Hands-on Training and Mentoring are provided". Benefits list includes Mentorship Program. We can keep both but maybe combine. We'll keep as separate items. Now produce HTML:

But we might want to separate field support into Benefits. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine About the role and field support? But we have Benefits section separate. Might be okay to keep About the role just description, and Benefits separate. Thus About the role: just the description paragraphs (first two paragraphs). The field support and perks could go to Benefits. Let's craft: About the role: description of role and responsibilities? Actually responsibilities separate. So About the role: overview. We'll put:
