Mid-Level Global Supply Chain & Programs Specialist - Wichita KS

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for synchronizing the supply chain to ensure goods and services are delivered on time, at the right location, and meet quality standards.
• Partners closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive supply chain performance.
• Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for supplier management.
• Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment on delivery, cost, and quality.
• Manages inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Maintains demand to optimize supply chain planning and reduce variability.
• Serves as the supply chain focal point for Operations.
• Supports execution of cross-functional supply chain processes and business initiatives.
• Applies process improvement and problem-solving techniques to drive efficiency and resolve issues.
• Collaborates across functions to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Operates effectively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating sound judgment and leadership.
• Supports manufacturing operations meetings to ensure quality and delivery issues are reviewed and resolved.

  Minimum Education Required

  High School/GED

  Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

  • Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related field, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • An analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • MBA or advanced degree a plus.
    • Strong data analysis capabilities.
    • Experience with MRP Systems, SAP.
    • Preferred knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain optimization principles.
    • Program Management experience and/or certification.

  $73,050 - $112,000
