Mid-Level Giving Manager

This role plays a pivotal role in strengthening donor relationships and inspiring transformational generosity at Intermountain Health. It is designed for a passionate fundraising professional who thrives on connecting donors with meaningful causes and lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of mid-level gift officers
- Drive revenue and set strategy for a high-performing mid-level program
- Partner with the Annual Giving Director and Foundation partners to drive growth within the mid-level donor pool
- Manage and grow a portfolio and broader donor pool of mid-level donors with clear revenue and activity goals
- Develop and execute individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans
- Collaborate with support team leaders to design and refine mid-level giving strategy
- Participate in development leadership conversations to ensure mid-level giving workflows and expectations are clearly communicated
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of fundraising experience with demonstrated achievement managing a portfolio of individual donors
- Strong functional experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $39.13 - $60.39
Schedule
Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Occasional work on weekends and evenings may be required, depending on business needs.
