Mid-Level Drupal Developer

About the role

This position involves working within a team of developers in a dynamic environment to deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Front-end development, theming, and building interactive, responsive experiences
• Backend development
• Drupal upgrades and migrations
• Custom module development and implementation
• Integration for custom functionality and third-party integrations
• Issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Operations and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Permanent resident or citizen of the United States and clearable for Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in web development
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript building public websites
• Experience coding using JavaScript, PHP, Twig, Sass, and other programming languages
• Knowledge of Node.js, React.js, Angular, and PHP
• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud platform
• Exposure to Drupal: installing, configuring, and experimenting with Drupal
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, standards, and security best practices
• Experience with Git or version control systems
• Introduction to Composer and package management
• Understanding the basics of APIs and data integration
• Experience with responsive design
• Experience using command-line tools such as Drush or general terminals for developer workflows

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in native mobile application development for iOS and Android
• Experience working with a remote team
• React or Angular
• Knowledge of CI/CD
• Knowledge of Docker, Rancher, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of JIRA
• Acquia Certified Drupal Developer
• Azure certification
• Federal experience
