Mid-Level Clinical Supervisor - Modesto

About the role

As a Clinical Supervisor Intern, you will assist in developing individualized programs for clients (ages 14 months and older) in natural settings, provide training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents, and supervise the implementation and integrity of client treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development of individualized programs for clients in natural settings.
• Provides program training and feedback directly to behavior technicians and parents.
• Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technicians, including:
  • Assisting in administering assessments and implementation of client treatment plans.
  • Conducting regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress, and provide parent education.
• Ensures client treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintains data collection on all treatment plan goals under the direction of a BCBA.
• Participates in group supervision (minimum twice per month) and completes all required assignments during fieldwork experience.
• Demonstrates leadership by participating in company-related activities such as interviewing potential new hires, job fairs, and providing trainings (minimum once per quarter).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Enrollment in a BCaBA or BCBA program required.
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
