Mid-Level Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and improving drinking water and waste water systems. Completed projects will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, support community goals, and ensure the continued operation of the system into the future. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be working in our Burlington office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field
• EIT required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• 3+ years of experience in drinking water or waste water engineering required
• Proficiency in engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANet, Water CAD, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, and water quality principles
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
