Position Overview

Job Title: Business Analyst 3 - Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial analysis

Summary

Analyze large datasets to generate insights and recommendations that support business decision-making

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and publish regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on business performance and KPIs
• Develop and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business opportunities and improvements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data and reports
• Create and prepare executive/management level presentations
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis and projections
• Manage budget/forecasting process for business group

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial analysis
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with financial literacy and numeracy
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; experience in Consumer Electronics industry
• Preferred: Tableau, SQL, Python, or Power BI experience
