We’re looking for Parts Associates with a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience to join Carvana—the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts
- Managing parts returns and general inventory
- Communicating with dealers and suppliers
- Managing reconciliation and recording of payment for parts
Requirements
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools—must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but is not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Pay
Starting pay for this position is $16.00–$17.00 hourly.
Schedule
- First shift: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need

Our inspection center is located at: 400 N Beck Ave, Chandler, AZ 85226.
