We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Mid-Level Analyst - (Financial) to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT), to serve in a position in Norfolk, VA." - Responsibilities: bullet list (but given as sentences separated by periods). They list: Reviewing funding documents for accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable regulations. Extracting accounting data from records and financial systems to prepare and analyze reports. Researching material and contract charges, updating files, and assisting with correcting errors within accounting systems. Reviewing invoices and statements, and analyzing and reconciling journals or subsidiary ledgers within accounting systems. - Expected Salary range: $74,000-$93,000 - Work Environment: Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and/or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. - Physical Demands: While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Travel: 0-10% / Minimal travel expected - Then description about Quattro: "Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, a Pequot company, is a tribally-owned firm providing management consulting services to U.S. government agencies. Pursuant to PL 93-638, as amended, preference will be given to qualified Native Americans and spouses in all phases of employment. At Quattro, our employees are the embodiment of our success as a firm. Our team is comprised of a tenacious group of professionals located across the globe. It includes military veterans and spouses of active duty troops, former federal employees, policy experts, academics, attorneys, and technical and business experts, all of whom share a strong work ethic and the skills to succeed in both collaborative and independent environments. Quattro is invested in the long-term success of both our clients and colleagues for the right reasons. Our dedication to putting good government into practice is underpinned by a merit-based culture that measures success by productivity and credibility. Quattro will provide reasonable accommodations to applicants who are unable to utilize our online application system due to a disability. Please send your request to the Human Resources Team. Quattro is committed to equal employment opportunity based on merit. We recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, and in accordance with EO 14173 and Federal Employment Laws: Equal Employment Opportunity and Employee Polygraph Protection Act. Quattro's Affirmative Action Program is available to any employee or applicant for employment for inspection upon request, to the extent required by federal regulations. The Affirmative Action Program can be accessed during normal business hours by making an appointment with the Human Resources Team." We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate, legal, etc. So we should cut out the EEO statements, Affirmative Action Program details, etc. Also remove application instructions like "Please send your request to the Human Resources Team." That's an application instruction? Possibly considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove that line. Also remove duplicated lines. Now we need to decide sections. We have: - About the role? Could include intro description: "Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Mid-Level Analyst - (Financial) to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT), to serve in a position in Norfolk, VA." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: includes Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. - Benefits: list. - Pay: Salary range. - Schedule? Not given explicitly. There's Travel 0-10% / Minimal travel expected. That's not schedule. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not. So omit. - Work Environment and Physical Demands: Could be part of Requirements? Or maybe a separate section like "Working Conditions". But headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Work Environment under Requirements or maybe under a generic "Working Conditions" but not in allowed list. Since we must use only those headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive list. But we should prefer those. However we could add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We could incorporate Work Environment and Physical Demands into Requirements or maybe a "Working Conditions" but not required. Since we have a Benefits section, we have Pay. We could put Work Environment under Requirements as part of qualifications? Might be okay. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include Work Environment and Physical Demands somewhere. We could create a section "Working Conditions" but not in the list; but the instruction says use those as examples, not exclusive. It might be okay to add a section like "Working Conditions". However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into Requirements. Let's think: Requirements heading could contain both qualifications and work environment/physical demands. But the heading "Requirements" is for qualifications; but we can include work environment as part of requirements? Might be stretching but acceptable. Alternatively we could have a section "Work Environment" as a heading, but not in the examples. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those typical sections. Safer to stick to those. Thus we will have sections: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (includes Basic Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Work Environment, Physical Demands, Travel) - Benefits (list) - Pay (salary range) We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, Affirmative Action, application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive info: include the description about Quattro being tribally-owned, preference for Native Americans, etc. That is substantive? It's about the company. Might be considered part of About the role or maybe we could include in About the role. It's not boilerplate; it's descriptive. So keep. We need to remove duplicated lines: there is duplication of "Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, a Pequot company, is a tribally-owned firm providing management consulting services to U.S. government agencies." appears twice? Actually appears once in the paragraph after Travel. Also earlier there is "Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking..." So not duplicate. The duplicated lines maybe the EEO statements repeated? We'll just keep one copy. Now format. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
