Mid-Level All Source Analyst – Infrastructure

About the role
The successful candidate shall provide full-time onsite subject matter expertise to conduct all-source intelligence analysis supporting NCMI’s Global Health Infrastructure. The role involves identifying no-strike health infrastructure in priority countries, creating and updating facility records in the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), and producing finished digitally layered intelligence products with geospatial PDF graphics. These products are published on JWICs, SIPR, and NIPR systems depending on classification.
Responsibilities
- Perform open source and classified data searches for military/civilian health systems, medical and public health facility locations, and capabilities related to priority country health infrastructure.
- Gather and assess relevant information from sources including the internet, newspapers, professional journals, target country health departments, video/radio transcriptions, conference proceedings, unpublished research, and classified intelligence data.
- Create, update, populate, and review MIDB records associated with priority country health infrastructure.
- Prepare all-source intelligence assessments in DIA/NCMI-approved formats, adhering to quality and tradecraft standards, and deliver products within agreed timelines.
- Attend periodic MIDB and other internal DIA systems courses to stay current with analytic standards and system upgrades.
- Conduct classified and unclassified onsite (SCIF)-based infrastructure research, data entry, quality control, visualization, and production of geospatial intelligence analysis for MIDB.
- Use tools such as MIDB, NPW, RemoteView, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Sketchup, and other geospatial applications.
- Identify no-strike health infrastructure and analyze state/non-state actor use of medical facilities, assessing operational status and updating MIDB records with intelligence data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4+ years’ experience writing using ODNI analytic tradecraft standards and MIDB production and retrieval applications.
- TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.
Skills
- Ability to communicate complex, technical information effectively both orally and in writing.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $110,000 annually.
