Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Join our mission-driven team! Build high-performance, GPU-enabled AI/ML tools using AWS Terraform, C++, Python, or Go. Partial telework is available once you are fully acclimated.

Responsibilities

• Leverage modern distributed systems and cloud environments to tackle complex data challenges.
• Write high-performance, GPU-enabled code.
• Deploy infrastructure as code.
• Ensure applications deliver reliable intelligence at scale.

Requirements

• Solid programming experience developing with C++, Python, and/or Golang.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Terraform to provision and manage services within AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with AI/ML development or framework integration.
• Demonstrated experience writing high-performance or GPU-enabled applications.
• Familiarity with architecture and development for large-scale streaming data analytic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field) preferred, or equivalent professional experience with 7 years of experience, or 11 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Exposure to modern deep learning libraries or frameworks.
• Proactive approach to optimizing code performance and identifying infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Strong communication skills with a team-first mindset, focused on delivering clear, actionable technical solutions.

Pay & Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is $142,000-$168,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
