MID Intelligence Management Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a MID Intelligence Management Specialist (Spanish) to support the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) in Colorado Springs, CO. NORAD is a U.S. and Canada bi-national organization responsible for aerospace warning, aerospace control, and maritime warning for North America, including detection, validation, and warning of attacks via aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-range intelligence and administrative support to Foreign Liaison Officers leading intelligence security cooperation efforts for NORAD J2.
• Perform language translation support (Spanish to English) with accuracy in format, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and concept retention.
• Review documents, assist with staff requests, prepare correspondence and other materials, and support Key Leader Engagements.
• Ensure translated work meets interagency language roundtable (ILR) level 3 or higher standards without extensive editorial correction.
• Support multinational customers and coordinate with CCMD Foreign Disclosure Officers to release intelligence products to broader audiences.
• Research and write intelligence reports as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Ability to pass Spanish-to-English translation test at ILR level 3 or higher.
• Experience working with CCMD Foreign Disclosure Officers to release intelligence products.
• Experience researching and writing intelligence reports.
• Experience supporting multinational customers.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
