MID Biometrics & Identity Intelligence Analyst with Security Clearance

About the role

Tactica Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Biometrics & Identity Intelligence Analyst to support national-level intelligence operations in Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis and fusion of biometric and identity intelligence data.
• Produce analytic reports and products supporting military and intelligence operations worldwide.
• Apply advanced knowledge of Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft to assess unique identifying modalities including fingerprints, DNA, iris, facial, and behavioral patterns.
• Utilize analytical tools such as BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Analyst Notebook, BAT, TIDE, and QLIX for research and production.
• Cook up analytical production with senior analysts and team leads.
• Deliver briefings to internal and external government clients, senior leaders, and military personnel.
• Support both CONUS and OCONUS operations; position may require deployment for up to six months.
• Operate in 24/7 mission environments as required, including night and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience; six (6) years acceptable with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical tradecraft skills.
• Expertise in Identity Intelligence methodologies and data exploitation techniques.
• Experience with key analytical systems (BI2R/I2AR, Palantir, BAT, TIDE, QLIX, etc.).
• Proven ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable intelligence assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and briefing skills with ability to interact across multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Willingness and ability to deploy OCONUS for extended assignments.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required prior to start.
