Responsibilities

• Design and implement landscaping projects
• Manage teams of landscapers and horticulturists
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
• Monitor and maintain plant health and growth
• Prepare and present project proposals and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in landscaping or horticulture
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools
• Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and environmental stewardship
• Experience with landscape design software and tools
• Understanding of plant identification and care

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
