An Auto Cad professional providing drafting and engineering services with extensive experience in cabinetry and millwork industry, office and residential furniture industry, Hospitality and exhibits industry. Experience & Responsibilities

Over 20 years in developing designs for cabinetry and millwork and managing all engineering processes. Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, Microvellum, Ardis, and Cut Ride, with some knowledge of Alfa CAM. Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to create final designs, convert hand sketches into finished drawings, and validate measurements relative to the layout. Lay out shop drawings and convert AutoCAD drawings into CNC programs. Assist in setting up and implementing newly purchased manufacturing software (Microvellum). Train personnel on using the software from drafting to manufacturing and installation. Collaborate closely with the purchasing department to facilitate procurement of all necessary components for work orders to ensure only required items are purchased and arrive on time. Work with the shop to streamline workflow and optimize shop processes to improve overall efficiency.
