Microsoft Systems Engineer (Junior) – Position 1

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Microsoft cloud technologies and enterprise business applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Support administration of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Configure Dataverse environments.
• Participate in application testing and quality assurance activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve user requests.
• Assist with deployments and production releases.
• Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support system monitoring and maintenance activities.
• Participate in Agile planning and sprint execution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years supporting Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Experience with:
• Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Azure
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
