Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams across the firm to identify, scope, and prioritize workflow automation opportunities.
- Design and build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate cloud flows, and Dataverse.
- Build conversational agents and AI-driven automations in Microsoft Copilot Studio and with enterprise AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards that give business teams visibility into their processes and the impact of automation.
- Leverage agentic coding tools, such as Claude Code or Codex, to accelerate the development, testing, and documentation of automations and reusable patterns.
- Coach and enable citizen developers across the business through training sessions, office hours, and hands-on pairing.
- Develop and maintain a catalog of reusable templates, patterns, and documentation that helps business teams build well on their own.
- Participate in Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and solution-based application lifecycle management.
- Support the lifecycle of solutions the team delivers, including enhancements, maintenance, and user adoption.
- Recognize when a request exceeds sustainable low-code patterns and redirect it to the appropriate engineering team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business process automation, low-code development, or a similar role.
- Working experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate cloud flows, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Proficiency building conversational agents and automations in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate productivity, including regular use of enterprise AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, with sound judgment about when output requires verification.
- Experience with agentic coding tools, such as Claude Code or Codex, applied to automation and workflow development.
- Experience partnering with non-technical business users to translate manual processes into automated solutions.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance concepts, including environments, DLP policies, and solution-based application lifecycle management.
- Background in financial services technology environments.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with business partners and build support for automation across the firm.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications, such as PL-200 Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant.
- Experience building agent-based or LLM-assisted workflows, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
Performance Metrics
- The number and business adoption of automations delivered.
- The reduction in manual effort across business teams.
- The number of citizen developers enabled through training and coaching.
- The compliance of delivered solutions with platform governance standards.
- The quality and reusability of templates, patterns, and documentation contributed to the program.
