Microsoft Platforms Technical Lead

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Microsoft Platforms Technical Lead to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture and execution quality to enable long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft platform and business applications engagements
• Oversee project execution including planning, scope management, and quality assurance
• Partner with clients to translate business goals into Microsoft-based solutions
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation
• Serve as a trusted client advisor on strategy and operational excellence
• Manage escalations and improve communication with leadership and client sponsors
• Support business growth through delivery excellence and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years leading enterprise technology delivery programs, especially with Microsoft platforms
• Proven success in managing complex client engagements with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget
• Strong leadership experience in a client-facing, matrixed environment
• Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced setting

$149,000 – $248,000 annually
