Microsoft Platforms Delivery Director

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft platform and Business Applications engagements
• Oversee project delivery managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks
• Partner with clients and internal teams to define solution approaches and success criteria
• Ensure high-quality execution of Microsoft Biz Apps engagements
• Build relationships with Microsoft segment teams to manage sales pursuits
• Monitor engagement health and proactively improve client outcomes
• Support practice growth by contributing to delivery standards and methodologies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in technology consulting and full life-cycle Microsoft Biz Apps engagements
• Bachelor's Degree required
• US Citizenship is required by contract
• Proven experience in leading large-scale Microsoft platform deliveries
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in client-facing settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
