About the role

We are looking for Office-Suite Experts to evaluate AI-generated office artifacts across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint formats on a contract basis. This is a remote position with a commitment of 10–20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated office artifacts across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint formats.
• Perform pairwise comparisons of candidate responses to select the stronger one.
• Assess content and rendering, including layout, formatting, and visual structure.
• Grade outputs using structured rubrics and provide feedback to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing and reviewing office documents.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Own and use the full Microsoft Office desktop suite.
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Cross-format expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with reusable templates and document standards.
• Background in finance, consulting, operations, or executive support.

Pay

$70–$100/hour

Schedule

10–20+ hours per week

Start Date: Immediately; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
