Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Windows client systems and Microsoft 365 environments
- Administer Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, Defender, SharePoint, and Teams
- Build, test, secure, and deploy OS images and new equipment
- Manage user and equipment onboarding processes
- Support NIST/CMMC security and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and end-user issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements
- Install and maintain network cabling and infrastructure
- Support access control, camera, and alarm systems
- Aid with specialized equipment installation and systems integration
- Lead IT projects and special initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Lead Network Engineer, Desktop Engineer, or similar IT role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking, operating systems, and security practices
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, 365 Defender, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience working in a high-security or regulated environment
- Knowledge of risk, vulnerability management, and compliance policies
- Experience with Microsoft GCC High is highly preferred
- Familiarity with network monitoring, configuration management, and Microsoft security tools
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and willingness to learn
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft certifications, particularly those aligned with legacy MCSE pathways
- CCNA or CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA A+
