Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (primarily Sales and Customer Service)
- Build and support solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Create and modify entities, forms, workflows, security roles, and business logic
- Support integrations between Dynamics, Microsoft tools (including Outlook), and other business systems
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming)
- Assist with deployments, testing, and release activities
- Analyze business processes and CRM data to support enhancements and usability improvements
- Act as a technical resource for CRM-related questions and initiatives
Requirements
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (flexible for strong candidates)
- Experience with Sales and/or Customer Service modules
- Strong working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with CRM integrations and supporting connected systems
- Familiarity with Outlook integration and end-user workflows
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model
