Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant / Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant / Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This remote opportunity is focused on designing and delivering technical solutions that support enterprise ERP environments and improve core business processes. You will partner closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and global collaborators to develop extensions, integrations, and automation that enhance system performance and user experience. The role is well suited for a hands-on consultant who can own technical deliverables across full lifecycle implementations and major enhancements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Design and develop X++ extensions and custom components for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Build and support integrations using Microsoft technologies and frameworks Develop data migration packages and validate data transformation logic Create Power Apps and automate workflows that enhance ERP processes Drive quality assurance through coding standards and testing protocols Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience 7–9 years of enterprise application development or technical consulting experience, particularly with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 F&SCM Hands-on X++ development experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 extensibility, data entities, and integrations Experience with at least two full-lifecycle ERP implementations or major enhancements, owning technical deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams Benefits Flexible living locations across the US or Canada Participation in the annual incentive compensation program Medical, dental, and vision coverage Access to wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
