About the role

A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer role focused on designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. This position involves delivering secure, scalable business solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives across various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, configures, customizes, develops, and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Configures entities, forms, dashboards, business process flows, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
  • Develops custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Builds and maintains Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Automates business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Develops dashboards, reports, and analytics using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Creates custom plugins, workflow extensions, APIs, and web resources.
  • Configures and manages Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security models, and validation rules.
  • Integrates internal and external systems via REST APIs, SOAP services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Supports application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development best practices.
  • Participates in data migration, enterprise system integration, and environment management.
  • Deploys solutions using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoots application issues, optimizes performance, and provides production support.
  • Creates technical documentation, deployment guides, and system architecture documentation.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participates in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
  • Ensures all applications comply with security, accessibility, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and application extensions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs and web services.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD deployment practices.

Qualifications
