Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.

  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Interest in managing a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS, Analytics).
  • 9+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional certification preferred: Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineering Associate, Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Skills

  • Data storytelling to guide decision-making.
  • Formulating, communicating, and executing data strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assessing existing data solutions and informing improvement initiatives.
  • Architecting future state data solutions on Azure and Microsoft Fabric based on the Well-Architected Framework.
  • Implementing ETL processes and databases on Microsoft Technologies.
  • Optimizing existing data implementations, including pipelines, queries, and data models.
  • Administering and maintaining data solutions to ensure stability, security, scalability, and affordability.
  • Data modeling, including entity-relationship diagrams, dimensional modeling, and semantic modeling.
  • Creating engaging data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Data analytics, including exploratory data analysis and leveraging data for actionable insights.
  • Managing data governance frameworks and policies.
  • Data security practices, including encryption and access control.
  • Understanding of networking as it applies to configuring Azure data solutions.
  • Understanding of DevOps or DataOps concepts and experience with the deployment of Azure data solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages utilized within the Microsoft Data Platform stack, such as Python, Spark, C#, Java, Scala, R, DAX, MDX, or M.
  • Experience with Data Science and/or Machine Learning.
  • Knowledge of Azure AI tooling.

$162,000.00 - $276,000.00
