Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect

Job Summary

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. Our goal is to transform finance and supply-chain processes through efficient and cost-effective solutions. We collaborate closely with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to deliver lasting results across various industries.

Work you'll do

• Understand client's business objectives and present technical solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP.
• Design end-to-end solutions, offer industry processes, review design documents, provide recommendations, and manage coding and deployment.
• Build company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.
• Lead project workstreams, manage activities, coordinate cross-functional tasks, maintain documentation, oversee testing, and manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, establish credibility with customers, and translate business requirements into solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field, or 10 years of directly related experience in D365/AX ERP development.
• 10+ years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX developer experience, including integration development.
• Hands-on experience with 5+ full life cycle implementations in MS Dynamics.
• 6+ years of team lead experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Experience modifying Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules.
• Experience with data model, data migration tools, and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Client development and pre-sales experience in two or more technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
• Experience modifying Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules.
• Experience with data model, data migration tools, and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Client development and pre-sales experience.
