The Emerging ERP Solutions practice delivers cloud-based ERP applications—Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Infor—to transform finance and supply-chain processes into more efficient, cost-effective operations. We partner with CFOs, CIOs, and business-unit leaders to drive lasting business transformation and continuous support across industries.

Work you'll do

  • Design usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Lead a team of Deloitte professionals through the full implementation journey: Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support.
  • Gather client business requirements and collaborate with functional and technical consultants to translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams and interface with clients throughout the engagement.
  • Support qualifying and pre-sales activities, leveraging deep Dynamics 365 expertise.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all Dynamics 365 features and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with near-shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment (large or boutique firm, or internal consulting).
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience in the Supply Chain domain as a functional lead.
  • 5+ full-life-cycle implementations in Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in business requirement and design documentation.
  • Skilled in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Client development and sales experience (RFPs, SOWs, client orals).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client and industry needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred

  • Dynamics 365 solution data model knowledge.
  • Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse Management.
  • Familiarity with AppSource ISV solutions and Microsoft’s partnering model.

Pay

The estimated annual base compensation range is $144,600 to $265,100. Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program depends on individual and organizational performance.
