The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. What You'll Do

• Combine business, industry, and functional skills to design solutions that are usable, scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable.
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform for clients.
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design solutions addressing these requirements.
• Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with other experts both within and external to Deloitte.
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Collaborate with nearshore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment, preferably with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience in the Supply Chain domain as a functional lead.
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in SCM.
• Experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation.
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Client development and sales experience (producing RFPs and SOWs, presenting at client meetings).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynamics 365 solution data model.
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Experience with D365 Manufacturing and advanced Warehouse Management.
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model.

Pay and Schedule

The wage range for this role is $144,600 to $265,100, taking into account various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs. The range is not adjusted for geographic differentials.
