Microsoft Biz Apps Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Microsoft Biz Apps Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually Responsibilities Design and deliver case management solutions while identifying risks during the design phase Lead and support Dynamics 365 CE implementations through all project phases Facilitate discussions with clients to gather technical requirements and propose solutions Translate complex business requirements into scalable Power Apps solutions Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership to development teams Design integrations between Power Apps and various services and applications Document technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution alignment Qualifications US Citizenship is contractually required for this role Minimum of Five (5)+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Architect or Power Platform Architect Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance Hands-on experience with both model-driven and canvas apps Extensive expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components and related services Core Skills: C#, SQL,.Net, D365, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration Benefits Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely or onsite as needed Opportunities for travel to client locations for presentations and demonstrations Support for professional development and skills enhancement Engage with a diverse client base including public sector clients Collaborate in a dynamic team environment focused on innovation and quality Access to the latest Microsoft technologies and tools Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
