Microsoft 365 Platform Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the current state of Microsoft 365 platform tools and services.
- Understand and evaluate Microsoft 365 licensing structures.
- Review Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and identify significant feature changes.
- Collaborate with platform teams to understand the impact of new features and support their implementation.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles (KBAs).
- Identify default settings for new features in alignment with platform standards and current usage.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Office Applications Administration, Intune, Viva, Copilot, Loop, Exchange Online Premium, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 admin centers.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining a platform roadmap.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand current environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with IT teams.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications demonstrating Microsoft 365 knowledge.
