Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product management team to understand client requirements, business objectives, and technical specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and product or solution's capabilities.
- Identify and address technical concerns or objections from potential clients.
- Work with clients to design tailored solutions that meet their unique business and technical needs.
- Recommend appropriate products, configurations, and integrations based on the client’s current infrastructure and future needs.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for the client's environment.
- Provide expert-level guidance on technical best practices, architecture, and integration methods.
- Support the client during the solution implementation phase, including addressing technical questions and ensuring smooth deployment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Assist with the post-sales implementation to ensure the solution is effectively deployed and meets client expectations.
- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support services.
- Document customer use cases, requirements, and product configurations for internal reference and product development.
- Work with product management, development, and customer support teams to escalate issues and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand complex customer requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to engage with clients to understand their business and technical needs and deliver solutions that add value.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to rapidly evolving technologies and client needs.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of inverters, energy storage system (ESS) applications, and energy management system (EMS) solutions, including system integration, controls, and power management.
- Experience: 4 - 5 years in a technical, client-facing role such as systems engineer, solutions architect, or technical consultant.
- Experience: Experience with PSCAD, MATLAB, AutoCAD, Creo, Oracle CPQ, Power PI.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with strong Electrical and Power background. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
