About the role
We currently have openings for a Microbiology Lab Technician I to join our Corporate Microbiology team at our headquarters in Westfield, Wisconsin. Help safeguard the food safety and quality for millions of customers nationwide!
Responsibilities
- Collect and test product and environmental samples following proper Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs)
- Identify potential food safety concerns early and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with senior lab technicians and management to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality microbiology lab
- Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to drive company-wide success
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or experience in microbiology, chemistry, or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
Skills
- Good laboratory practices (GLPs)

Pay
The total compensation package is estimated between $50,000- $55,000+ per year.
Schedule
3:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturday shifts may be required, with flexibility to adjust days as necessary).
