About the role

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through product safety and quality. Enforce state, federal, and local regulations and customer expectations. Focus on resolving problems and meeting customer and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform Micro-Sample collection to ensure daily samples are collected for microanalysis in a sanitary manner and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain customer specifications and documentation to assure accurate testing is being conducted.
• Interact daily with 3rd party laboratories to assure proper testing and coding.
• Maintain retains inventory and perform any resampling as needed.
• Daily interaction with all levels of the operation, vendors, and contractors.
• Complete all other reasonable work requests from supervisor or group leader.
• Able to work with measuring tools.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills recommended.
