Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and business requirements in partnership with stakeholders and project teams.
- Lead project execution by coordinating team activities, facilitating meetings, and driving alignment across business and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress across multiple Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and business value.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with PMO and other organizational departments to ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support operational readiness activities and coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and best-practice recommendations to project teams and project management peers.
- Utilize project portfolio management (PPM) and Agile tools to track project health, team productivity, and delivery metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing business and technology projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum principles and practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience using project management and Agile delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience working within PMO-driven environments.
