MI SPECT Technical Trainer
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled instruction, training, and technical instruction to prepare employees and customers to support products in the field for installation, safety, maintenance, and the service of MI products.
- Deliver MI technical courses aligned with the global training strategy as defined by the MI Business Line.
- Manage and teach safety, operation, and troubleshooting solutions for Molecular Imaging systems.
- Deliver education using various training methodologies (examples include classroom, online, virtual trainings).
- Support effective and open communication with a proactive approach on information dissemination, collective feedback, and representation of global MI Team.
- Contribute to achieving the vision, mission, and values of Siemens Healthineers.
- Understand the healthcare marketplace, preferably relative to MI, Mobiles, and Imaging Departments.
- Demonstrate ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
- Be results-driven, action-oriented, and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs.
- Support corporate and business line goals and abide by policies and procedures.
- Specialized knowledge for content development, defined delivery method, and the teaching of classes for MI such as scanners for external and internal customers.
- Understand the safety precautions and proper handling of radiation sources.
- Able to travel 20%.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Deliver customer excellence and represent Siemens Healthineers and Technical Training Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-8 years of successful experience in related field.
- Associates, BS/BA in related discipline, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience as applicable to the role.
- Certification may be required in some areas.
- Service knowledge of SPECT systems is preferred.
- Advanced MI technical product knowledge.
- Deep knowledge to manage and teach safety, operation, and troubleshooting solutions for angiography systems.
- Specialized knowledge for content development, defined delivery method, and the teaching of classes for MI such as scanners for external and internal customers.
- Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in MI products.
- Knowledge of Siemens equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of CT is preferred, but not required.
- Teaching/training experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate as a team.
- Intermediate level computer skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications.
