MHE Operator (Reach Truck / Order Picker)

Role Details

• Operating the Material Handling Equipment (Order Picker and Reach Truck) for the appropriate task assigned
• Using the MHE to move and stock inventory
• Assisting with the receiving and storage of inventory delivered to the warehouse
• Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating
• Move, pick, pack, and scan items in a safe manner
• Loading and unloading of trailers
• Maintaining the integrity of GoBolt property (i.e. tools, materials, machinery)
• Using additional tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies
• Following all 5S processes consistently and effectively
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements

Requirements

• Hold a valid Reach Truck AND Order Picker license
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre operating as an MHE (order picker & reach truck) operator
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
• Good computer skills
• Able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis
• Exceptional ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Detail oriented
• Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the shifts
• Able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies
• Valid documentation to authorize you to work in the United States
