About the role
Working as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates, handle client relations, and ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
- Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
- Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests, and Client as well as other departments within the operation
Requirements
- Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
- Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; well versed on food and wine pairings
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office products
- ServSafe Certified preferred
