Mgr, Risk Adjustment Vendor & Performance Mgmt

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr, Risk Adjustment Vendor & Performance Mgmt to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee vendor strategy and performance management for a key risk adjustment function within a complex healthcare insurance environment. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to establish clear success measures, manage day-to-day vendor relationships, and drive operational improvements that support enterprise goals. The position also includes leading selection and implementation efforts while ensuring transitions are executed smoothly and performance is tracked against defined KPIs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $109,600 – $149,625 annually Responsibilities Develop and advance vendor strategy to meet enterprise goals. Identify and evaluate vendor needs and establish success metrics. Negotiate vendor contracts and manage daily relationships. Lead vendor selection processes, including RFPs and implementation. Ensure smooth onboarding and wind-down activities for vendors. Design KPI frameworks for measuring vendor and operational success. Analyze performance trends to pinpoint improvement areas. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, healthcare, or a related field preferred. 6+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance, with a focus on analytics and reporting. 3+ years of supervisory experience. Extensive knowledge of risk adjustment and vendor performance management. Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills.
