About the role
Manage the day to day clinical operations of various modalities; ensure staff competence and compliance with regulatory requirements; provide effective leadership; and work closely with University of Florida Physicians, Nurses, Technologists, Physicians Extenders, and Clinical Staff.
Responsibilities

- Ensure staff competence and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide effective leadership and manage the activities and programs of the designated Radiology Department(s)
- Work closely with the University of Florida Physicians, Nurses, Technologists, Physicians Extenders, and Clinical Staff
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare related field or business preferred.

- Proficient in computer skills
- Outstanding verbal and oral communication skills
Licensure/Certifications: Current BLS from the American Heart Association; Current Florida licensure in one of the following: Registered nurse, Radiologic technologist, Advanced practice registered nurse, Physician assistant.
Experience: Over 5 years Radiology experience and/or supervisory experience required; 5 years experience in IR preferred.
Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for annual budget over $1 million.
